Our search begins immediately! Flockz Staffing Solutions will use the details of the position you provide in order to produce the most qualified applicants.
This starts with you filling out a job description along with providing wage information for the vacant position. We will then provide our rate along with further information regarding our services and policies.
What type of jobs do you fill?
Flockz Staffing Solutions is a full-service staffing company, handling positions in all areas of clerical, professional, and medical services. With a broad range of applicants and reliable recruiting resources, we can fulfill needs in most areas of your business.
How long will it take to have a staff in my company?
The timeframe for successfully finding an employee will vary depending on our current employee base and your specific requirements. We are committed to submitting only the most qualified applicants, you may choose to interview the presented candidates, or we can fill the position based on your provided qualifications and dispatch them right to you.
What kind of background checks do you conduct?
Each applicant is pre-screened and reference-checked based on their provided work history. Flockz Staffing Solutions can match your own screening process and provide additional screening such as drug, DMV, and criminal. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee, or you may conduct them through your regular service providers.
What if I am not happy with an employee placed by Flockz Staffing Solutions?
We realize that not every person ends up being a perfect match, which can sometimes be unclear until the person is working. Our program provides the ability for you to observe the employee’s performance in the work setting to better determine if that employee is in fact suitable for permanent hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee within the first 30 days, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. We also offer direct hire services whose guarantees vary based on the individual contract for each client.
What are the fees for Flock Staffing services?
Your fee will vary based on several conditions such as account volume, workers’ comp costs and lead time for our placement specialists. Flockz Staffing is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.
What are your payment methods?
We currently accept wire transfer, bank transfer and american express. All payments are made via quickbooks.
Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?
Our applicant screening process enables us to perfectly match their skillsets to the positions they will be hired for.
If an employee fails to meet your satisfaction, we can offer a replacement. We cover workers’ compensation and unemployment costs, freeing you from the additional work load of sorting applications for qualified candidates. Flockz Staffing invests in our employees with both training and certification. Our own experience can be utilized by you as a helpful resource in regards to staffing and employment

How can I submit my resume?
Start by clicking here Submit Resume to fill out our form with all the required information. You will then be able to copy and paste your resume on our message box for submission.
How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes daily. Following the completion of your application process, you will be considered for positions according to your preferences and skills.
What is involved in the application process?
You will need to submit your resume. You will be asked to provide your contact information, work history and certifications.
Once your application is finished, you will then interview with our placement specialist. This will grant you the opportunity to go over your skillset, job experience and discuss in detail what you are looking for in regards to your next position.
Flockz Staffing conducts reference checks with previous employers. Once completed, you will be offered positions based off your interview process.

How soon can I start working?
We will strive to have you start as soon as possible. Be sure to check-in with us weekly so that we are kept updated on your availability.
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
We realize not every job is a good fit for you, and sometimes you won’t know that for sure until you have actually tried the position. If you are finding that a position is not working for you, please contact us so that we may work on a solution. You may be asked to stay until a replacement is found, but we will work on solving the issue as soon as possible. Communication from our field employees is key and you can rest assured that the same will be reciprocated from the Flockz Staffing office.
